2019年9月20日，第十届“新力杯”环鄱阳湖国际自行车大赛新余·仙女湖站开赛。这是环鄱赛连续八年在新余仙女湖举办，同时也是环鄱赛创赛以来连续两年进行团体计时赛的赛段。赛程从仙女湖广场出发沿环湖路至圣集寺结束，全长28.9公里。

On September 19,2019, the 10th “SINIC” Tour of Poyang Lake is held in Xinyu-the Fairy Lake. It’s the eighth time that the Tour of Poyang being held here. Race on this stage is the second team time trial since the beginning. From The Fairy Lake Square to The Shengji Temple, it’s about 28.9 kilometer.

        上午十点，比赛正式开始，按照前三站团体排名倒序发车，每队间隔两分钟。团体计时赛不同于大组赛，失去了大集团的庇护，只能靠队友之间协作完成比赛，随时都有强队翻盘取胜。参赛队伍一出发就全力出击，在环湖路上不断的刷新成绩。排在第十二位出发的德国助力车队跑出36分47秒85的成绩，最后出发的两支队伍——中国绿山园林车队和美国玛吉斯野生世代洲际车队也未能超过德国助力车队。当美国玛吉斯野生世代洲际车队以36分59秒96的成绩过线时，德国助力车队即场欢呼自己的胜利。德国助力车队以12秒的优势获得了本站冠军，这个时间差也让队内的阿德内·威廉简个人总成绩上升至第一位，顺利穿走蓝衫。美国玛吉斯野生世代洲际车队以36分59秒96的成绩过线时，德国助力车队即场欢呼自己的胜利。德国助力车队以12秒的优势获得了本站冠军，这个时间差也让队内的阿德内·威廉简个人总成绩上升至第一位，顺利穿走蓝衫。

The race began on 10:00am. Different from group race, team time trial requires the coordination between every teammate because of lacking shield of the bunch. So The team went all out as soon as they set off. On the road around the lake, they constantly refreshed the results.  Bike Aid, which started at the 12th, got a total time of 36:47.85. Started at the end of all group, Wildlife Generation Pro Cycling P/B USA MAXXIS and Yunnan Lushan Landscape failed to overtake Bike Aid. American Wildlife Generation Pro Cycling P/B Maxxis crossed the line at the cost of 36min59s96' while Geran Biking Aid has already celebrated their victory. The latter was the champion of this stage with the edge of 12s. The time gap made Ane Willemjan be the Top1 of General Classification and win.the blue jersey.

        中国江西新力物业车队的彭源堂在本站计时赛和中国台湾前劲车队的吴之皓拉开近2分钟差距，获得大中华第一，依旧保有粉衫。在此之前三站比赛中，这两名选手均在大集团冲线，总成绩时间相同，彭源堂是因为位置靠前才披上粉衫，这一站夺下的优势让其大中华最佳的地位变得更为巩固。由于不涉及其他两色荣誉衫积分争夺，冲刺衫和圆点衫持有者不变。

Peng Yuantang from Jiangxi's SinIc Team kept ahead of nearly 2 minutes compared to Wu Zhihao from Taiwan's Action Cycling Team. He was the Best Greater China Rider and kept pink jersey. In the previous 3 stages, these two riders spent the same time in crossing bunch line, but Peng was more closer to win the pink jersey. The advantage of this stage consolidated his best Greater China Rider position.Those who owned orange jersey and polka dot jersey are still same because its seperation from this stage.

This is the second team time trial since the creation of The Tour of Poyang Lake. In the seemingly ordinary appeatance, every team broke the record.

The Sinic Team started with two Jiangxi riders. The final result is 37min55s54', ranked 12.

最后发车的美国玛吉斯野生世代洲际队未能打破德国助力车队战绩，屈居第二名

Wildlife Generation Pro Cycling P/B Maxxis which was the last to depart did not Break the record of German Biking Aid, so they won the second place.

不涉及爬坡积分，但是对总成绩的影响相当大，法国车队全速前进

The point of KOM is not included, but it will have a great influence in General.Classification. Team France Defense went at full speed.
