2019年9月21日，第十届”新力杯”环鄱阳湖国际自行车大赛抚州·梦湖站开赛。这是环鄱赛第七次来到抚州梦湖，抚州·梦湖站是历届环鄱赛中最经典的平路赛段。环鄱赛上最成功的车队集体突围胜利就是发生在这里，以至于之后多支车队把那一次胜利作为翻盘取胜范本。比赛设置依旧从抚州文化广场出发，行至梦湖进行绕圈，赛程全长117公里。

On September 21,2019, the 10th “SINIC” Tour of Poyang Lake is held in Fuzhou-the Dream Lake. It’s the seventh time that the Tour of Poyang being held here, where is the classic flat section of all stages. The most successful team collective breakthrough victory of The Tour was happened here, so that after the victory, many teams take it as a  template. The race start from Fuzhou Cultural Square, then racers will go several laps around  the Dream Lake, where is the end of this stage. The total length of the stage is 117KM.

比赛一出发行至梦湖，就有选手不断突围。最终三名选手在比赛进行到10点时，拉开大集团1分30秒差距。这当中包括橙衫拥有者——美国玛吉斯野生世代车队的肯特·贝尔纳迪尼·罗斯、蒙古CCN队的比尔甘加尔伽和荷兰猴城乐园的马丁斯·普鲁托，大集团则一直由德国助力车队领骑，期间时间差一度达到了2分40秒。

在通过了93.6公里的第三个冲刺点后，橙衫美国玛吉斯野生世代车队的肯特·贝尔纳迪尼·罗斯选择退出突围小队，剩下蒙古CCN队的比尔甘加尔伽和荷兰猴城乐园的马丁斯·普鲁托继续突围。五公里后，蒙古CCN队的比尔甘加尔伽掉出突围小队。剩下的荷兰猴城乐园车队马丁斯·普鲁托单飞。大集团此时也由多个车队组织加速追赶，把时间差缩减到50秒、40秒。比赛在进行到105公里时荷兰猴城乐园的马丁斯·普鲁托再次把时间差距拉到了55秒，在德国助力车队的再次追击下建立的差距优势逐渐被减少。来到比赛最后一公里，荷兰猴城乐园车队马丁斯·普鲁托依然保持着领先优势。最后在大集团冲刺前以3秒优势完美取胜，也顺利获得抚州·梦湖站的敢斗奖。在随后的大集团冲刺中，中国江西新力物业车队的马丁·亚拉斯获得第二名，澳大利亚圣乔治车队的迪伦·克雷格·艾希礼·肯尼特得第三名。值得一提的是，两名中国车手挤进前十，分别是乌克兰飞锐车队的夏威获得第五名，日本英特普车队的徐兆亮获得第十名，各色荣誉衫没有变化。

Right after the beginning, racers were trying to break away. When 10:00am, three leaders, Kent Bernardini Ross (WILDLIFE GENERATION PRO CYCLING P / B USA MAXXIS), Bilguunjargal Erdenbat ( CCN Mongolia) and Martin Pluto ( Team Monkey Town) had the advantage of 90 seconds. Bike Aid kept leading the bunch but still two minutes and forty seconds behind. After the third sprints on 93.6 km, Kent Bernardini Ross (WILDLIFE GENERATION PRO CYCLING P / B USA MAXXIS), wearing the Orange Jersey, drop out of the breakout team. So there were only Bilguunjargal Erdenbat ( CCN Mongolia) and Martin Pluto ( Team Monkey Town) leading in the front. Then after 5km, Bilguunjargal Erdenbat ( CCN Mongolia) dropped out, which means Martin Pluto ( Team Monkey Town) was leading alone.

Mutiple teams of the large group also sped up the chase and reduced the time gap to 50 seconds, 40 seconds. When the race amounted to 105kms, Pluto Martins of Dutch Team Monkey Town again pulled the time gap to 55 seconds, but the established gap was gradually reduced by German Team Bike Aid. With the final kilometre of the race, Pluto Martins still held the lead. Finally, before the bunch sprinted, he won over the perfect 3 seconds advantage and successfully took the Dream Lake, Fuzhou. Because of this, he received Aggressive Award. In the final group sprint, Laas Martin from Sinic Team won the second place and Kennett Dylan Craig Ashelky of Australia's st. George Continental Cycling team finished third. It is worth mentioning that two Chinese riders squeezed into the top 10, respectively Xia Wei from Ukraine Feirei   Cycling team's won the fifth place, Xu Chaoliang from Japanese Interpro Cycling team won the tenth place. All honour jersey remained unchanged.

9月22日，将是上饶横峰赛段，之后迎来第十届“新力杯”环鄱阳湖国际自行车大赛的休息日。相比往届上饶横峰赛段爬坡的HC级爬坡，本届只有一个2级爬坡，更多的车队都有希望在该站翻盘。

On September 22, the Hengfeng, Shangrao stage will be held, followed by the rest day of the 10th Sinic Tour of Poyang Lake. Compared with HC class climbing in previous shangrao hengfeng stage, there is only one class 2climbing in this race. And more teams are expected to overturn in this stage.

In order not to compete with the sprinters at the end, many racers choose to break through.

Bike Aid, which is leading the total points, defended the Blue Jersey and grasped the gap between the big group and the breakout racers s in real time.  They also kept the time of the breakout racers within a controllable range.

在100公里后有不少车队担心突围选手优势变大影响其总成绩，都积极组织追赶

After 100 kilometers, there were many teams worried that the advantage of the breakout racers would increase their overall points, so they actively organized to catch up.

最终大集团还是相差3秒，让荷兰猴城乐园车队的马丁斯·普鲁托依单飞夺冠

Finally the big group was 3 seconds behind, Martin Pluto ( Team Monkey Town) was leading alone then won the place.
