2019年9月24日，第十届“新力杯”环鄱阳湖国际自行车大赛鹰潭·龙虎山站开赛。这是环鄱赛第九年在鹰潭·龙虎山举办，龙虎山也成为了承办环鄱赛最多的赛段。穿越龙虎山景区腹地的蜿蜒赛道共设置了3个冲刺点和一个3级爬坡点，赛程总长131公里。

On September 24,2019, the 10th “SINIC” Tour of Poyang Lake is held in Yingtan-Longhu Mountain. This is the ninth year of the Tour held in Longhu Mountain, Yingtan. Longhu Mountain has also become the stage where hold the Tour the most. The track is through Longhu Mountain Scenic Area including three intermediate sprints and one third-grade KOM.  The total length of the stage is 131KM.

        鹰潭·龙虎山站是本届环鄱赛休息日后的第一个比赛日，休息恢复了体能的选手们在出发后就不断的发起攻击，试图在蜿蜒的赛道上拉开差距，创造出新的奇迹。但突围选手们在很努力的情况下，最多也只有53秒的优势，并且反复的被大集团追回。

Yingtan Longhu Mountain Stage is the first racing day after a day off. Racers with sufficient physical strength continued to attack after the beginning, trying to open the gap on the winding track and create miracles.  However, in the case of hard work, the breakout racers only had a maximum advantage of 53 seconds, and they were repeatedly recovered by the big group.

        今天的三个冲刺点中，冲刺橙衫拥有者——美国玛吉斯野生世代洲际车队的肯特·贝尔纳迪尼·罗斯并未参与拼抢，和其他队的冲刺手一样都在找机会冲击赛段冠军。澳大利亚圣乔治车队在本届环鄱赛还未获胜的情况下不断和美国玛吉斯野生世代车队、澳大利亚新南威尔士车队、德国助力车队联合追击突围选手。在中国江西新力物业车队的彭源堂抢下3级爬坡点的5分积分后，比赛队伍短暂的合为一个集团。赛事进入最后20公里时，包括中国选手徐鑫灵在内的7名选手再次突围，一度拉开大集团24秒差距。大集团追回前，来自中国香港捷迅车队的瑞安·威廉·罗特再次突围，最后成为本站突围脱离大集团时间最长的选手而获得敢斗奖。

Among the three sprints today, Kent Bernardini Ross (WILDLIFE GENERATION PRO CYCLING P / B USA MAXXIS) ,who owns the Orange Jersey did not participate in the fight. Like other team sprinters, they are looking for opportunities to impact the stage. Though hasn‘t won in the past stages, ST George Continental Cyclying Team had been chasing the breakout racers with the American Margies Wildlife Generation Team, Team New South Wales and Bike Aid.

        最后的一公里中，澳大利亚圣乔治车队的马修·彼得·泽诺维奇和乌克兰飞锐车队的奥莱克西·卡西亚诺夫冲出集团，试图复制长距离冲刺获胜的战绩，但在最后仍被大集团淹没。终点冲刺一刻，中国江西新力物业车队的马丁·拉亚斯技高一筹，赢下了赛段冠军，创造了江西本土车队两连胜的纪录。澳大利亚圣乔治洲际车队的肯尼特获得赛段第二，塞尔维亚CCN梅达勒车队的卡拉巴·杜桑获得赛段第三，荷兰猴城乐园车队获得单站团体冠军。中国熊猫车队的徐鑫灵在该赛段占位第六，并获得赛段大中华第一。

In the final 1km, Zenovch Mathew Peter from St George Continental Cycling Team and Kasianov Oleksii broke away from the bunch. They tried to win through long-distance sprint, but was suked into the bunch. At the final sprint, Laas Martin was better and took the stage championship, creating the two secutive win record of Jiangxi team. Kennett from StGeorge Continental Cycling Team won the second place while Kalaba Dusan from CCN Metalac won the third place. Monkey Town Continental Team was the best team. Xu Xinling from Panda Team was the sixth place of the stage and was the Best Greater China Rider of the stage.

        9月25日将进行景德镇·浮梁站赛事，比赛为城市绕圈赛，赛程全长129.8公里。

On September 25, the Fuliang, Jingdezhen stage will be a city lap race with a course length of 129.8km.
