2019年9月27日，第十届“新力杯”环鄱阳湖国际自行车大赛九江·武宁站开赛。比赛为个人计时赛，这是本届环鄱赛中至关重要的一站比赛，比赛成绩将影响总冠军的最终归宿，赛程共计15.8公里。

On September 26,2019, the 10th “SINIC” Tour of Poyang Lake is held in Jiujiang· Wuning. Today’s race was individual time trial, which was very important because it would affect the final results. Total length of the stage is 15.8KM.

     早上九点，比赛正式开始，为倒序出发，间隔一分钟发车。已经进行了9个竞赛日的选手们在本站比拼个人能力，实力靠前的选手都做足了充分准备，志在本站成功翻盘。靠前发车的乌克兰飞锐车队夏威首先登上了冠军台的冠军热椅，直到10点澳大利亚圣乔治洲际车队的迪伦·克雷格·艾希礼·肯尼特登上冠军座椅，夏威才移至第二位。

On 9:00am, the race started in reverse order with one minute interval. There were 9 days of competing individual ability, the racers in the front of the list have done full preparation, trying to succeed in the stage. From the front of the grid, Ferui Pro Cycling Team took the championship hot seat at the podium before moving to second place when Dylan Ashley Kennet ( ST George Continental Cycling Team)  took the seat at 10pm.

     比赛来到10点06分，荷兰猴城乐园车队的马丁斯·普鲁托以20分24秒925的成绩坐上冠军热椅，前两名选手退至二、三位。此后的26分钟内，马丁斯·普鲁托和迪伦·克雷格·艾希礼·肯尼特两人稳坐前二的位置，期间第三的位置也只更换了两人。10点30分，日本英特普车队的中国选手徐兆亮强势进入到热椅第三位，最后他以第十一名的成绩获得本站大中华第一。赛前做足了热身的芬兰CCN车队选手艾德里安·安杰伊·库雷克在2分钟后首破20分成绩，以19分50秒607的新成绩荣登冠军热椅。

When 10:06am, Martins Pruto ( Team Monkey Town-A Block CT) was the first place and sit on the hot chair in 20:24.925 seconds, the first two players retreated to second and third. For the next 26 minutes, Martins Pluto and Dylan Craig Ashley Kennet were in the top two spots, the third place just changed twice. At 10:30am, Chinese Xu Chaoliang ( Interpro Cycling Team) got to the third place , and finally he took the eleventh place in the total results and won the Best Rider of China. After 2 minutes, Adrian Andrze Kurek ( Team CCN Euro) , who had warmed up before the race, broke the record of 20 minutes, then took the title in 19.50.607 and won the championship.

     随着排名前十的选手发车，比赛越加扣人心弦。在11点过线的中国香港捷迅车队瑞安·威廉·罗特以19分43秒747的成绩强势坐上冠军热椅，尽管后面中国云南绿山园林车队的奥列克山德尔·霍洛瓦什跑出了19分49秒161的成绩，也未能打破这位前加拿大冠军今天创造的赛段记录。

As the top 10 riders started, the race became more exciting. At 11am, Roth Ryan William from Hong Kong's Xspeed United crossed the line with 19 minutes and 43 seconds 747 and sat on a hot champion chair. Although Holivash Oleksandr from China's Yunnan Lvshan Landscape rode for 19 minutes 49 seconds 161, he failed to break the record of the former Canadian champion today.

    最后发车的德国助力车队阿德内·威廉简经过本站比赛，总成绩跌出前三。中国香港捷迅车队瑞安·威廉·罗特、中国云南绿山园林车队奥列克山德尔·霍洛瓦什、芬兰CCN车队艾德里安·安杰伊·库雷克三位破20分的选手分获赛段前三。同时，中国云南绿山园林车队的奥列克山德尔·霍洛瓦什总成绩上升到第一位，以12秒的优势穿上总成绩第一蓝衫，其车队获得赛段团体冠军，其他三色荣誉领骑衫没有变化。

Van Engelen Adne Willemjan from Bike Aid Team who started in the final fell out of the top three. Roth Ryan William from Hong Kong's Xspeed United, Holivash Oleksandr from China's Yunnan Lvshan Landscape, Kurek Adrian Andrzej from CCN Euro, who all rode within 20minutes, won the first, second, third place respectively. At the same time, Holivash Oleksandr became the No.1 of General Classificatio and wore the bule jersey with the advantage of 12s. His team is the best team of the stage. Other three honor jerseys remain unchanged.

Ryan willem rott of the Hong Kong express, China, oleksander horovash of the yunnan green mountain garden team of China and Adrian andrj kurek of the CCN team of Finland scored 20 points in the first three stages. At the same time, China's yunnan green mountain garden team's oleksandar horovash rose to the first overall time, wearing the first overall time of the blue shirt by 12 seconds, his team won the division of the team championship, the other three color honorary collar shirt unchanged.
